Taking enterprise social bookmarking behind the firewall

Today we announced the long-awaited on-premises version of our social bookmarking solution, enabling our customers to implement secure enterprise social networking and bookmarking at a lower cost, behind the corporate firewall.

With over 100 companies already signed up for the hosted edition of our software, we are introducing the ‘Server Edition’ for those reluctant or unable to use platforms delivered via Software as a Service (SaaS). Our objective is to reduce the cost of enterprise social networking and bookmarking and further accelerate adoption amongst companies looking for simple social computing solutions.

With the introduction of this new deployment configuration, our customers will also benefit from an LDAP authentication option, advanced customization settings, closer integration with Delicious and new social networking features that reveal and encourage connections between employees. Prices begin at £175 ($350) per year for 25 users, rising to £6,000 ($12,000) per year for an unlimited user license.
